Welcome to our China sourcing and business support services. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Nature
We provide independent business support and sourcing-related consulting services, including but not limited to:
- Supplier sourcing
- Factory verification
- Business tour arrangements
- Trade show assistance
- Inspection coordination
- Supplier communication support
- Procurement support
- Logistics coordination assistance
We are not the manufacturer, seller, exporter, importer, or owner of the products purchased by the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Final supplier selection
- Product specification confirmation
- Contract review
- Import compliance in destination countries
- Product testing and certification requirements
- Final purchasing decisions
We strongly recommend clients conduct independent due diligence before placing large-volume orders.
3. No Product Guarantee
While we make reasonable efforts to help clients reduce sourcing risks, we do not guarantee:
- Product quality consistency
- Supplier financial stability
- Long-term supplier reliability
- Delivery schedules
- Production capacity changes
- Compliance with destination country regulations
Factory conditions and supplier operations may change over time.
4. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be held liable for:
- Product defects
- Supplier fraud or misconduct
- Production delays
- Shipping delays
- Customs issues
- Government policy changes
- Import/export restrictions
- Business losses
- Indirect or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the service fees paid by the client for the related project.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- 60% advance payment is required before service begins
- Remaining 40% balance is payable before final report delivery or completion of agreed milestones
Clients are responsible for all bank charges and transfer fees.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the customized and time-based nature of consulting and sourcing services:
- Deposits are generally non-refundable once work has commenced
- Completed services are non-refundable
- Partial refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances
Any expenses already incurred during project execution will be deducted from refundable amounts.
7. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality.
Business information, pricing, supplier details, sourcing requests, and commercial discussions will not be disclosed to unrelated third parties without client authorization.
If required, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) may be signed.
8. Intellectual Property
All reports, sourcing documents, photos, videos, and service materials prepared by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use the materials internally for business purposes only.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters
- Epidemics or pandemics
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
- Labor shortages
- Political instability
- Internet or communication failures
10. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable international commercial practices and mutually agreed dispute resolution principles.
